Location of the Game

The game takes place in person at the adidas store located at 1052 Budapest, Váci utca 24, within the store premises.

Duration of the Game

The participation period runs from April 15, 2026 to May 3, 2026 at the following adidas store: 1052 Budapest, Váci utca 24.

Winner announcement: May 4, 2026

Eligibility

Any natural person may participate who meets the following conditions:

• Has a registered address or place of residence in Hungary,
• Is over 18 years old, or has written consent from a parent/legal guardian (template attached to the rules),
• Accepts these rules and consents to the recording and publication of their likeness (photo/video) (e.g. on the organizer's or partners' social media platforms),
• Is not employed by, contracted with, or otherwise affiliated with the organizer, its affiliated companies, or any entity involved in organizing or executing the game, and is not a close relative of such persons.

Rules of Participation

Only natural person customers are eligible to participate who, during the game period, make a purchase of at least HUF 49,990 (forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety forints) at the adidas store located at 1052 Budapest, Váci utca 24.

There is no restriction on the type of products purchased; the condition is fulfilled by purchasing any product(s) available in the store, provided the total purchase amount meets or exceeds the specified threshold.

After completing a qualifying purchase, the customer will receive a participation voucher at the checkout. The voucher has a unique identifier and contains a QR code that provides access to the online platform required for participation.

By scanning the QR code with a mobile device, the participant will be redirected to the official online interface (landing page) of the game, available at:
https://adidas-style-raffle.lovable.app/

Further participation conditions and valid entry into the game are completed according to the instructions provided on the landing page.

Copyright and Use of Likeness

Participants consent to the use of their likeness and any photos or videos provided or taken during the game for promotional purposes by the organizer and its partners.

If a participant finds any published content objectionable, they may object to the data processing with the organizer.

Prizes

Grand prize: 2 tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final held in Budapest on May 30, 2026 at 18:00.

Second place: 2 tickets to the Ultimate Champions Legends Tournament in Budapest (May 29, 2026).

Exclusions and Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the game in justified cases (e.g. abuse, legal changes, efficiency improvements).

Updates will be published on the official website of the game.

Announcement of Results

The winner will be selected on May 4, 2026 by drawing in the presence of a notary. Winners will be notified on the same day.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will pass to the next eligible participant, and so on.

Participants consent to the public disclosure of their names (e.g. online).

Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be delivered by post within 15 days.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Partial refusal constitutes forfeiture of the entire prize.

Complaints Handling

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the organizer's address or via email: hello@oddonecreative.com.

The complaint must include: full name, address, description of the complaint, claims, and signature.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days and responded to via the same channel they were received.

Data Processing

The Organizer processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information, and all applicable laws.

• Data processed: first name, last name, submitted answers. For winners: email address, phone number, name.
• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the participant.
• Data retention: until the end of the game; for winners: 5 years.
• Purpose: conducting the game, notifying winners, delivering prizes.
• Data processors: hosting provider, Google

Data subject rights:

Participants may:

• Request information, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent,
• Exercise access rights (GDPR Articles 13–15, 22, 34),
• Request data portability, restriction, or object to processing,
• Not be subject to automated decision-making (with certain exceptions).

Data requests are fulfilled within 30 days. Additional copies may incur a fee of HUF 1,000/page.

Deletion requests are fulfilled within 5 working days where applicable, except where legal obligations require continued processing.

Final Provisions

• Matters not regulated herein are governed by Hungarian law.
• The rules are available on-site (1052 Budapest, Váci utca 24) during the game period.
• The game does not qualify as gambling, lottery, or betting.
• By participating, participants accept these rules and the privacy notice.
• The organizer is not liable for: late, incorrect, illegible, or invalid entries; identification errors; technical issues (hardware, software, network); failures in notification delivery.
• In case of disputes, the competent Hungarian court at the organizer's registered seat has jurisdiction.
• These rules enter into force on the date of publication.
