This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit Bespire or use the services "Service" offered via Bespire (https://www.bespire.io; the "Site").

Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as Device Information.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

When you create a profile on the Site, we may collect the following information: When you make a booking attempt through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, profile picture, social media profiles, information that you provide as a bio, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. The site may also collect data via your calendar, if you provide this permission. We refer to this information as Profile Information.

We may collect data that accumulates over the normal course of operation on our platform. This may include transaction records, stored files, user profiles, analytics data and other metrics, as well as other types of information, created or generated, as users interact with our services. When we talk about Personal Information in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Profile Information.

Google Data

If you sign in via Google:

Collection: We use data from your Google profile such as email address or full name to create your Bespire Profile and verify email ownership.
Sharing: Bespire can share this data with Auth0 Inc for authentication purposes.

If you link your Google Calendar:

Collection: We use data from your Google calendar to calculate and show your availability, and, if given separate permission, create events in your calendar for bookings via Bespire.
Sharing: Bespire shows your free/busy status derived from your calendar data on your profile. It does not share any other calendar-related data.

Financial Information

Our payment processor Stripe inc. ("Stripe") collects the financial information necessary to process payments through the Service. Accordingly, in addition to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, your financial data is also processed pursuant to Stripe's services agreement and privacy policy.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We may collect, hold, use and disclose information for the following purposes and personal information will not be further processed in a manner that is incompatible with these purposes:

For technical assessment, including to operate and improve our app, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
To provide you with our app and platform's core features;
To process any transaction or ongoing payments;
To enable you to access and use our app, associated platforms and associated social media channels;
To contact and communicate with you;
For internal record keeping and administrative purposes;
For analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our app, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
To run competitions and/or offer additional benefits to you;
For advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our products and services and information about third parties that we consider may be of interest to you;
To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuses of our Service, and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks;
To comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have; and
To consider your employment application.

Aggregated Information

We may aggregate personal information and use it to analyze and improve our Service, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Service and share aggregated information like general user statistics with prospective business partners. We may collect aggregated information through the Service, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site.

Sponsors or promoters of any competition we run;
Credit reporting agencies, courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities, in the event you fail to pay for goods or services we have provided to you;

Third parties, including agents or sub-contractors, who assist us in providing information, products, services or direct marketing to you; and

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make a booking through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

Data Retention

When you create a profile on the Site, we will maintain your Profile Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Security

You use the Service at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Service or e-mail. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information via the Internet. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service, or third party websites.

Your Choices

In certain circumstances providing personal information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide personal information that is needed to use some features of our Service, you may be unable to use those features.

Limits of Our Policy

Our Site may link to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
